Every YC Essentials order is shipped from our atelier and delivered to your door within a maximum of 7 working days. Most parcels arrive in 3 to 5. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.

How long does delivery take?

Every order is delivered within a maximum of 7 working days from the moment the order is confirmed. Most orders arrive faster — typically between 3 and 5 working days.

When is my order shipped?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days after payment is confirmed (bank transfer) or after the meeting point is scheduled.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Local hand-delivery at a meeting point is free.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Luxembourg, France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. For other destinations, contact us first.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your parcel leaves our atelier you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

What if my order hasn't arrived after 7 working days?

On the rare occasion that a parcel is delayed beyond 7 working days, contact us at ycessentials.officiel@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, as long as the parcel hasn't shipped. Email ycessentials.officiel@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Do you accept returns?

Unopened, unused fragrances can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Contact us before sending anything back.
